A view from a cafe in Cascais Portugal.

This is a view I had seen many times which amazed me each time. It is from a small local cafe in the heart of Cascais (a town off Lisbon). My step dad would always take my sister’s and I there to get toasts, which I always got the chicken one which is something I still think about. We had been to portugal many times, it’s a second home to me in a way, but it was the born place of my step dad. However with my step dad’s passing I carrish this photos I have even more as it reminds me of him and the times we had.

The Men in His Own Space of Mind.

This had been an art piece I did for my Grade 10 Religion iRAP classes and this piece would be one of few I deeply connect to due to the fact we had to make a piece about things that best describe us.

In the background are planets which display my love for space and the unknown and my dream of becoming an astrophysicist one day. The dotted line displaying my love for travel. The gears displaying my love for building and seeing how different things work. The staff bar displaying my love for both playing and listening to music. Finally the men displaying an overall love for drawing faces and the human body.
